Every week follows the same simple rhythm. No schedules to follow, no workouts to keep up with — just choose, train, log, and celebrate.
Each Monday, you choose one of five weekly challenges based on where your energy is. Feeling strong? Go for four workouts. Rough week? One session still counts. You decide.
No set times, no mandatory sessions. You work out wherever and whenever it fits — home, gym, or a walk with the stroller. The workout is yours.




After each session, log it in the Workout Log. The group sees every entry, cheers you on, and your streaks start building.
Finish your challenge and the group celebrates with you. On Monday, it starts again — a new challenge, a fresh week. The rhythm carries you forward.

Yes, you're very welcome here in any of those stages. The workout challenges are built to work for all of them. Some weeks you'll feel strong and capable; other weeks you'll move slower. Both belong here.
There are endless workouts out there. That's not the hard part. The hard part is actually getting them done. This space is different because you're not doing it alone. Your effort is seen. You're surrounded by women in similar stages, showing up in their own imperfect ways — and that shared momentum makes it much easier to keep going.
You don't have to. There's a mini challenge with two small sessions. There's a gentle option. Or you can focus only on the monthly team step goal we work toward together. And if you need a week off, you can simply hang out, cheer for the others, and come back the next week.
If you decide it was training, it counts. That might be a gym session. It might be a home workout. It might be a long stroller walk. Your body is changing, your life is changing — you get to decide what training looks like right now. If you showed up for yourself, that counts.

I've always loved training — it's the thing that makes me feel like myself. When I got pregnant, I realized pretty quickly that nothing works the way it used to. I'm tired in a new way, my sports bra fits weird, and some days just getting out the door is the win.
I didn't need a program telling me what to do. I needed someone to do it with. Someone to say "I did my workout" to, and someone to say "same" back.
So I built Strong Mama Club — and it turns out, a lot of women needed the same thing. Now we do what we can, we start over a lot, and we keep each other going when it would be so much easier to stop.
